ADVANCED WASTE INCINERATION TECHNOLOGY
Green Incinerators combines high-temperature combustion, temperature control, and configurable flue-gas treatment systems to support reliable waste treatment. Our EcoGreen series incorporates practical engineering designed to improve combustion performance, manage fuel consumption, and support emission control.
Equipment configurations are selected according to waste characteristics, treatment capacity, operating conditions, and applicable local regulations.
Explore the key technologies available across our incinerator range.
DRY SCRUBBER (SMOKE FILTER)

-
Dry scrubber systems use suitable sorbents or treatment media to help reduce selected pollutants in incinerator exhaust gases. Depending on the system design and media used, treatment may target acidic gases such as sulfur dioxide (SO₂), hydrogen chloride (HCl), and hydrogen fluoride (HF).
-
Where suitable particulate collection equipment is incorporated, the system can also capture dust and spent sorbent particles. Pollutant removal performance depends on the installed configuration, operating conditions, and maintenance.
COMBUSTION CHAMBERS
-
Selected Green Incinerators configurations combine primary and secondary combustion chambers with an enlarged mixing combustion chamber for our incinerators models. This arrangement is designed to improve the mixing of combustion gases and air and provide additional space for continued combustion.
-
Appropriate temperature, residence time, and air supply work together to promote more complete combustion and reduce unburned gases and visible smoke. Actual performance depends on waste composition, loading practices, gas flow, and operating settings.
OPTIONAL WET SCRUBBER

-
An optional wet scrubber brings flue gases into contact with a scrubbing liquid to help capture particulate matter and remove selected gaseous pollutants. Depending on the pollutants being treated, the system may use water or a suitable chemical scrubbing solution.
-
Wet scrubbing provides an additional stage of flue-gas treatment. Its effectiveness depends on scrubber design, liquid flow, gas–liquid contact, and operating conditions. The collected liquid and residues require appropriate handling and disposal.
ADVANCED BURNERS
ITALIAN BURNERS

-
Green Incinerators offers configurations equipped with Italian oil or gas burners, selected to suit the required heating duty and available fuel supply. These burners support convenient start-up and controlled heat input during the incineration cycle.
-
Coordinating burner operation with combustion-air supply and temperature settings helps maintain suitable combustion conditions. Burner specifications and applicable conformity documentation are provided for the selected equipment configuration.
CONTROL PANEL

-
Our PLC-based control panels provide a central interface for managing incinerator operation. Depending on the model and configuration, controls can coordinate burners, blowers, temperature settings, and operating sequences.
-
Optional Touchscreen Monitoring: An optional SIMENS touchscreen interface provides a clear view of operating temperatures, equipment status, and selected process settings can be added to the Control Panel. Monitoring functions can include burner and blower status, operating stages, and alarms, depending on the installed sensors and control package.
